EXCHANGE POLICY

Any unworn item from our website may be exchanged only in the event it does not fit, within 3 days from the day of receipt.
– The item’s tag must be intact, not removed
– The item must be packed in the packaging it was received
– Ring size must be reconfirmed before the exchange can be completed

Please note you have to cover all sending charges.

Please note a refund can only be processed at the manager’s discretion.
